In Australia, one needs to have motorcycle learners permit to drive a motorcycle on road. The state and territory government are solely responsible for issuing this permit, for every citizen or a visitor. No matter which state issues the license, it is valid in other states and territories as well.
The minimum driving age for drivers differs in every state, which could be anything from 15 years and 9 months to 18 years. For a person to be eligible for the license, should clear the test, which is a must before getting a permanent license.
