If we are to be given an option of either riding a bike or going in the car, most number of us will prefer to use the two wheeler while going places and have some fun.

If you are caught without the right permission to ride, then the fine is also very high and you are looking at some time in the federal prison. It is a big office to drive without license and that is why you need to have the bikes license on you all the time.
Initially, once you clear the exam, you will be given motorcycle learners permit and after six months or as per the state rule you will awarded a permanent one.
